Driving ban for cannabis user
A DRUG driver has been banned from the roads for 12 months after he used cannabis.
Tyrone Gallagher, aged 51, of Gregson Field, Bolton, initially denied drug driving in a VW Golf on St Helens Road, Bolton, on November 11 last year but then changed his plea to guilty when he appeared at Wigan Magistrates’ Court.
He was fined £162 plus £234 in costs and charges.
